EF5 error in Electrolux washing machine

When the EF5 error appears on the display of the Electrolux electronic washing machine, this is accompanied by the freezing of the unit in the middle of the program. Usually, this code is knocked out in the middle or before the end of the cycle, when the washing machine should switch to spin. This does not happen the washer does not respond to pressing the buttons.

Error EF5 means that an imbalance has occurred in the unit. This happens because there is a lot of bulky, porous laundry in the drum, or it is lumped together in one place. Because of this phenomenon, an overweight occurs.

This is not a breakdown, because the problem is easy to fix with your own hands. No need to call the wizard. It is enough just to turn off the machine, drain the water manually with a hose - how to do this is written in the instructions - and evenly distribute the laundry with your hands. You can also pull-out things that are too heavy to wash separately. Then you need to start the wash again.
