E57 error in Electrolux washing machine

When error E57 appears on the display of the Electrolux electronic washing machine, this is accompanied by problems starting the program. The drum does not rotate at all after filling with water, or rotates only in one direction, and then stops. It happens that it freezes in the middle of the cycle, sparks, stops before spinning, or spins too slowly.

You cannot deal with such problems on your own. You need to call the repair center. Error E57 means that the voltage in the network is too high - it exceeds the maximum allowable value of 15 Amp. To eliminate you need:

• Check wiring. If it is damaged, replace it.
• Carry out diagnostics. If the problem is in it, install a new one.
• Make sure the control board is OK. The reason may be in it.
